Terms & Conditions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context so requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Access to and use of the mdg888 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. mdg888 enforces a strict 21+ policy. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate any applicable local, national, or international law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under any form of legal guardianship that restricts their ability to enter contracts are not eligible to register.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on the mdg888 Platform. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and balance forfeiture.
• Not a Compulsive Gambler: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or gambling addiction treatment programme. If you believe you have a gambling problem, do not register; instead, visit our Responsible Gaming page for support resources.
• Not an mdg888 Employee: Current employees, contractors, directors, officers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold a Member account or place wagers on the Platform.

To register an account on the mdg888 Platform, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.

The following information is required at registration:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification document)
• Date of birth (confirming you are 21 years of age or older)
• Valid email address (used for account communications and password recovery)
• Mobile phone number (used for OTP verification and two-factor authentication)
• Chosen username and a strong, unique password
• Preferred local payment method (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) and associated account details for withdrawal processing

mdg888 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason. Account registration does not guarantee access to all features of the Platform; access to withdrawal functionality and certain game categories requires successful completion of KYC verification.

Username Policy: Your chosen username must not contain personally identifiable information, offensive language, impersonation of mdg888 staff, or references to prohibited activities. mdg888 reserves the right to require a username change at its discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mdg888 account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

• All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify mdg888 of any unauthorised access.
• You must notify our support team immediately via live chat if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• mdg888 strongly recommends that all Members enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via the account security settings. 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
• mdg888 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
• You agree not to use shared, public, or untrusted devices to access your mdg888 account, and to log out of your session completely after each use.

mdg888 implements SSL 256-bit encryption across all platform connections and maintains a full login activity log accessible from your account dashboard. You may use the instant account freeze feature in your security settings if you suspect a compromise and need to secure your account before contacting support.

All transactions on the mdg888 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). mdg888 does not apply currency conversion charges. The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Deposits: Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of payment confirmation. Minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. mdg888 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours subject to KYC verification status and daily processing volumes. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by the compliance team. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• KYC verification must be fully completed and approved.
• Any active bonus funds must have met their applicable wagering requirements, or the Member must elect to forfeit remaining bonus balance before withdrawing real-money funds.
• The account must not be under investigation for potential breach of these Terms.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed any applicable daily or weekly withdrawal limit set in your account settings.

mdg888 offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as the specific terms stated within each promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (stated on the individual promotion page) before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the promotion.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus is active requires forfeiture of the prior bonus balance.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per round or per market selection is Rp 100.000 unless the individual promotion terms specify otherwise. Placing wagers exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus balance being voided.
• Abuse and Collusion: mdg888 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a Member has attempted to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through collusion with other Members, use of automated software, or arbitrage betting strategies.
• Expiry: Bonus credits and the associated wagering requirements expire as stated in the individual promotion. Expired bonus balances are removed from the account without notice.

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the mdg888 Platform across all game verticals, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), Domino QQ, and roulette:

• Sufficient Balance: You may only place a wager if your account holds sufficient real-money or eligible bonus balance to cover the full stake amount. mdg888 does not extend credit under any circumstances.
• Final Settlement: All game outcomes are final once settled by the Platform. Technical errors that result in an incorrect settlement will be corrected; otherwise, no challenge to a settled outcome will be entertained.
• Sportsbook Integrity: mdg888 reserves the right to void any sports bet where there is credible evidence of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or the use of insider information. Odds errors — including manifestly incorrect odds — may be corrected or the bet voided at the Platform's discretion before settlement.
• Disconnection Policy: If a game session is interrupted due to a network disconnection on the Player's side, the outcome of the round in progress will be determined by the game server's last recorded state. mdg888 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the Player's side.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and market carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits as displayed within the game interface. These limits may be adjusted by mdg888 at any time without prior notice.
• Togel Draw Integrity: Daily togel draw results are determined by the Platform's certified random number generator (RNG). Results are published immediately after each draw and are final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mdg888 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Engaging in coordinated play with other Members to abuse bonus terms or circumvent Platform rules (collusion)
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any other Member's account or to the Platform's back-end systems
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour toward mdg888 staff or other Members via the live chat or any other communication channel
• Misrepresenting your identity or impersonating any mdg888 employee or agent

All content on the mdg888 Platform — including but not limited to the mdg888 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of mdg888 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without express written permission from mdg888
• Use the mdg888 name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without authorisation
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software
• Create derivative works based on any content or software on the Platform

Your use of the mdg888 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. The Privacy Policy explains in detail what personal data we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights with respect to your data.

By registering an account on mdg888, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• mdg888 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is stored on secure servers protected by SSL encryption and access controls.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team.

mdg888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gambling on the Platform is intended to be an entertainment activity; it should never be pursued as a source of income or as a means to recover financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 7-day cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic reminders that alert you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (30-day, 90-day, 6-month, or 1-year) or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in or receive promotional communications. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.
• Reality Check: Enable periodic pop-up notifications within game sessions that display your net session result, prompting you to review your activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mdg888 expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

mdg888 shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service thereof, whether caused by maintenance, technical failure, Force Majeure, or regulatory action
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain appropriate account security
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any odds, game result, or other information displayed on the Platform
• Any third-party payment processor delays, failures, or charges related to deposits or withdrawals

In any event, mdg888's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action, regardless of the form of the action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mdg888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering or other financial crime
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from the Member's payment provider
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy)
• Direction by a regulatory or law enforcement authority

Member-Initiated Closure: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Dormant Account Fees: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months with a positive real-money balance will be subject to a monthly dormant account maintenance fee of Rp 25.000, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the Member reactivates the account by logging in.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mdg888 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through mdg888's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution Process: Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Members must first submit a written complaint to mdg888's support team via the email address listed in the Contact section below. mdg888 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution offered, you may escalate to the relevant licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

mdg888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment materially affects Members' rights or obligations, mdg888 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on the affected account, and by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Where an amendment is required immediately to comply with applicable law, regulatory direction, or to address a critical security issue, mdg888 may implement the change without advance notice. In such cases, Members will be notified of the change as soon as reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the mdg888 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure as described in Section 13.

The version of these Terms & Conditions currently in force is always the version displayed on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent amendment date.
